Oh what do you do in the summertime

Oh What do you do in the Summertime? Well, we go camping for a week and a half! What do we do for a week and a half you ask? I'll tell you . . . . . . . . If you have time:

Put goggles on and look for fish in the creek

Notice the camera is out and make a quick stop to get a shot of your goofy face

You see if the world looks the same through yellow tinted specs

You show off your newest piece of Scuba gear

You do something funny and make your mom laugh

You just play around, acting all cute and innocent

You get mad at your mom for putting you in REALLY cold water

You share hugs as mother and daughter, cause she thinks you're the best mom in the world for bringing her camping

You curl up on Aunt Loree's lap, and find it too comfy to not fall asleep

You play cards until your hands are blistered

You get excited because you have a clean place to crawl around and play with toys

You get kissed on your irresistible cheeks by Aunt Shaneen, who loves you so much.

You make faces at the photographer, but that's o.k. cause it shows your true personality

You kick back on a tube in the creek, just trying to catch some rays

You take advantage of a willing Uncle Bill, and let him spin you around, and around, and around

You keep saying, "Again, again" to your cousin Niki who does a great "Motor Boat"

You sit and contemplate life

You bum a tube ride from your cousin Justin

You throw your hat in the air, cause you're having so much fun

You let it all loose, and just be yourself, cause you can

You do tie-dye t-shirts

You go see the gun show, hoping for the "Big Guns" but only see pistols

You try to block the camera from taking pictures. Ha Ha, I win

You sit around and do nothing, and don't feel the tiniest bit sad about it

You come up with new ways to sport a shirt

You get tree sap on your nose, and don't get it off for 3 days

You make silly faces when you eat, thinking something cute will get you more food or something

You make reverse-dye T-shirts

And after all of that, if you can find a good place to rest your weary head, even if it is a sleeping bag thrown over a giant rock, you take it. Cause we all know, enough is enough, and a quick 15 minute nap is all you need before you go, and go, and go for 4 more days.
